El A\u00f1o Nuevo Chino siempre cae entre finales de enero y febrero \ud83d\udc09 as\u00ed que pensamos\u2026 \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no descubrir algo nuevo, diferente y delicioso\u2026 y por supuesto \u00a1100% <em>Sin Gluten<\/em>! \ud83e\udd29 Os ense\u00f1amos qu\u00e9 hay dentro de la caja y tambi\u00e9n os damos algunas ideas sobre c\u00f3mo usar los productos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fideos de Ramen&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Un imprescindible en cualquier despensa asi\u00e1tica, los fideos! Te traemos estos fideos sin gluten, f\u00e1ciles de preparar y deliciosos de comer. Prepara un ramen casero con la <strong>Sopa de Miso<\/strong> de tu box. O \u00fasalos en un salteado con ajo, las verduras que m\u00e1s te gusten, carne o pescado y, por supuesto, un toque de <strong>Salsa de Soja<\/strong> para darle ese golpe de umami y sabor asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sopa de Miso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un b\u00e1sico reconfortante de la cocina japonesa, la sopa de miso es la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta de sabor umami y calidez. Esta versi\u00f3n es sin gluten y adem\u00e1s viene con tofu y alga wakame para que puedas disfrutar de un caldo lleno de sabor y tradici\u00f3n. Prepara una cl\u00e1sica sopa de miso agregando tofu, alga wakame y cebolleta. O \u00fasala como base para un ramen expr\u00e9s con los <strong>Fideos de Ramen<\/strong> de tu box, algunas verduras y un huevo cocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Papel de Arroz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas finas obleas son la clave para hacer los famosos rollitos vietnamitas. Ligeras, vers\u00e1tiles y naturalmente sin gluten, se pueden rellenar con casi cualquier cosa que imagines. Por un us\u00f3 clasico rell\u00e9nalos con gambas, lechuga, zanahoria y hierbas frescas, y s\u00edrvelos con <strong>Salsa de Soja<\/strong> y lima. Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer rollitos crujientes al horno con pollo, jengibre y champi\u00f1ones. Por algo distinto, probaros unas croissants sin gluten, que son f\u00e1cil de hacer y salen chupados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Curry Tailand\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos elegido un curry tailand\u00e9s que no se\u00e1 muy picante. Su color vibrante y su sabor equilibrado lo convierten en un favorito para todo tipo de platos. Para usarlo mezcla la pasta de curry con la <strong>Leche de Coco<\/strong> de tu box para hacer un delicioso curry de pollo\/o gambas con verduras. Para hcerlo menos picante usa mas leche de coco o a\u00f1ades agua para que el curry esta a tu gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leche de Coco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cremosa, suave y con un sutil dulzor, la leche de coco es un ingrediente estrella en la cocina asi\u00e1tica \u2013 y es naturalmente sin gluten y vegano. Se usa tanto en platos salados como en postres. Lo puedes usar para preparar un <strong>Curry Tailand\u00e9s<\/strong>, lo puedes a\u00f1adir un poco en un bol de crema de calabza para darle un toque distinto (te juramos). Para algo dulce puedes hacer un arroz con coco dulce, agregando un poco de az\u00facar y sirvi\u00e9ndolo con <strong>Lychee en Alm\u00edbar<\/strong> o junto con los lychees puedes hacer un batido rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lychee en Alm\u00edbar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peque\u00f1os, jugosos y con un aroma floral irresistible, los lychees son una aut\u00e9ntica delicia asi\u00e1tica. Son perfectos para a\u00f1adir un toque dulce y refrescante a cualquier postre o bebida. S\u00edrvelos fr\u00edos con helado para un postre sencillo, haz un batido junto con el <strong>Leche de Coco<\/strong> para una bebida refrescante o agr\u00e9gales soda y un poco de menta para un c\u00f3ctel sin alcohol estilo mojito de litchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salsa de Soja Kikkoman (Sin Gluten)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ingrediente clave para potenciar el umami en tus platos. Esta versi\u00f3n sin gluten se llama Tamari es la version cl\u00e1sica de salsa de soja que mantiene todo su sabor sin comprometer la autenticidad. La salsa de soja se puede usar en vez de sal para dar sabor y un toque as\u00edatico a tus platos.
